How to play
A daily word ladder game on a split-flap departure board. Turn the first word into the destination one letter at a time, with a real word at every stop: COLD to CORD to WORD to WARD to WARM. Tap a letter in your word, then its replacement, and watch the board flip. Find the route in as few steps as you can; the board knows the best, and undo is free, so only your finished route counts.
